I’m not gonna lie – life has felt pretty crazy lately.
The other day, I realized I had been running around like a crazy person for a good week without taking a breath
Have you ever felt like this?
So when Pure Leaf asked me to share my reset moment, I knew it was a sign.
I know Pure Leaf cares a lot about the quality of their tea and they love to share their passion by giving tea lovers (that’s me and you!) the best tea experience.
Because tea experiences are oh so nice.
Between caring for my sweet kiddos, soccer games, working out, and keeping the blog moving forward, like can get pretty crazy.
A little bit of crazy is good, I think.
But not a lot crazy.
When things get out of control, the good news is you can always take a moment.
Even if you don’t feel like you can, that moment is waiting for you.
This fall, as we embrace for the holidays and get ready to join in on more chaos, remember to take a moment and reset yourself.
Some of my favorite ways to reset include:
- working out
- enjoying a cup of hot tea on the patio
- going for a walk
- getting away from the computer
- playing with my children
There are so many different ways to reset and take a moment to stop the madness.
Because, let’s face it: madness, chaos, craziness…they’re gonna just keep tearing you down. So you might as well take a moment to reset, have that cup of tea, and move on, stronger and more capable than before.
As the weather has (finally!) started to cool down here in Austin, I’ve really been enjoying my reset moment with a hot cup of Pure Leaf English Breakfast Black Tea. With just a touch of raw honey and a little unsweetened almond milk, I am set.
In these moments, I listen to the breeze through the trees, I enjoy the heat on my hands from the mug, and I make sure to take long, deep breaths to fully relax.
Have I mentioned how much I love tea, especially during the fall? It’s ALL the goodness.
My love for tea is why, when Pure Leaf asked me to share my reset moment, I didn’t hesitate. I already knew Pure Leaf cares a lot about the quality of tea they create and I love English Breakfast Black Tea.
Pure Leaf’s new bagged and loose teas are now available nationwide and they have tons of great flavors, including my faves: Chai Tea, English Breakfast Black Tea, and Green Tea With Mint.
