Alright!  The results from my latest poll are in.

In case you missed it, my latest poll asked the question, “Which diet(s) best describe(s) you?”

Poll Results: Which diet(s) best describe(s) you?

So….which diet best described you??

We had a total of 114 votes for this poll.  Thank you to everyone who voted.  I really enjoyed seeing how many different kinds of diets you all follow.  This also helps me when I put together recipes.  Though the clear majority for the poll was “Everything,” I can see how I should also incorporate other types of recipes into my posts.

Here are the results:

  • FIRST PLACE: Everything with 51 votes (45% overall)
  • SECOND PLACE: Vegetarian with 22 votes (19% overall)
  • THIRD PLACE: Low Fat/Cholesterol with 13 votes (11% overall)
  • FOURTH PLACE : Gluten Free with 10 votes (9% overall)
  • FIFTH PLACE : Diabetic with 9 votes (8% overall)
  • SIXTH PLACE : Raw with 5 votes (4% overall)
  • SEVENTH PLACE : Vegan with 7 votes (3% overall)

I hope you take a moment to vote in my newest poll.  As I near the end of final edits and releasing my cookbook, Cooking Can Be Easy, I’d love to know what new project you think I should pursue.  Speaking of my new cookbook, make sure you sign up for my newsletter to get a discount on my upcoming cookbook!  Thanks again for all your participation and support!

Have a wonderful weekend!

  • I’m happy to see that vegetarian and other healthy diets came in second and third!!! I’m of the opinion that the way people eat has a lot to do with their age. When I was young I didn’t think too much about how fattening something was before I cooked it or put it to my mouth. Add a few decades and that changes, believe me. Now I count every calorie and pay close close attention to the amount of fat calories and carbs. that’s simply a fact of life that can’t be denied once you’re middle-aged. I love your recipes Lacey, and I love that you are mindful of all the diverse diets out there and make an effort to accommodate them. that’s pretty awesome. have a great weekend!

    • Thanks for your feedback, Miss Becky! I try to be diverse with my recipes. It’s exciting to incorporate new types of foods and diets. If you ever have any suggestions or requests for recipes, just let me know :)
