This overnight oats recipe is extremely easy to make. Just combine all the ingredients, pop in the fridge and go to sleep. They'll be waiting for you, all nice and tasty-like when you wake up.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raisins can also used dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, plain greek yogurt, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and raisins in a mason jar or sealable container. (You can either leave layered like this or stir to combine.)
  2. Place the jar into the fridge for 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Can be either be enjoyed cold right out of the fridge or reheated in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
