Slow Cooker Mexican Shredded Chicken
2lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts(2 large breasts)
1lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs(3 thighs)

1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonground cumin

Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken
2lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts(2 large breasts)
1lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs(3 thighs)
¼cuplow sodium chicken broth or water
2tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine the ingredients, tossing to coat the chicken.
Cover and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Can also use a hand blender to quickly blend the chicken, if desired.
