Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes on the vine diced
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and stir to combine.
  2. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow to flavors to meld.
