Fuji and Gala work great, peeled, cored and sliced into even ¼ inch thick slices

coconut sugar

ground cinnamon

Instructions
In a large
mixing bowl
, combine the apples, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Toss to evenly coat the apples.
Heat a large
sauce pan
or
skillet
over medium-high heat.
Add coconut oil and allow to melt.
Cook apple mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are almost fully tender.
