Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp pimentos chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or by hand, electric mixer or food processor), beat the greek yogurt with the shredded cheeses until smooth.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to mix on medium speed until well combined.
