  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small raw beet, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


  1. Add the unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, small raw peeled beet, frozen strawberries, flaxseed meal, and raw honey to a kitchen blender.

  2. Blend everything until it’s very smooth.

  3. If you’d like, you can also add in some protein powder.
