  • 3 lbs. brussels sprouts, ends removed and sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. raw honey


  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F and lining a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Lay the brussels sprouts out evenly on the baking sheet

  3. Add the olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and raw honey and then toss well to coat.

  4. Place into the oven and roast until the brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, about 18-20 minutes.
