  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dried minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp flaked sea salt


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine, combine the poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, dried minced garlic, dried onion flakes, and flaked sea salt. 

  2. Mix this together until well combined. 

  3. Sprinkle liberally over the top of your bagel.

  4. Store in an air-tight container in your pantry.

This everything bagel seasoning is also a great topping for eggs, avocado, and sandwiches.  A little goes a long way, so make sure just to use a sprinkle each time you use it.  My personal favorite is on avocado toast topped with a soft boiled egg.  

This everything bagel seasoning stores well in an air-tight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.  We keep bulk spices in the pantry as well to make it easy to mix together in bulk, and then it's ready to grab any time you need it.  This also helps keep the cost way down, especially considering it can be much pricier to buy this type of seasoning ore-made.
