Sweet Potato Smoothie | With Cinnamon & Nutmeg

My sweet potato smoothie recipe combines the rich flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger for a creamy treat...that basically tastes like pie!

  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into a freezer-safe container or a 16-oz mason jar and seal tightly. Do not fill all the way to the top, as the contents will expand when they freeze.
  4. Place in the freezer and let freeze.
  5. When ready to enjoy, remove the smoothie from the freezer the night before you're wanting to enjoy it and place it in the fridge to thaw overnight. It will be ready for you when you wake up.
  6. Will last in freezer for up to 3 months.
