Pour smoothie into a freezer-safe container or a 16-oz mason jar and seal tightly. Do not fill all the way to the top, as the contents will expand when they freeze.
Place in the freezer and let freeze.
When ready to enjoy, remove the smoothie from the freezer the night before you're wanting to enjoy it and place it in the fridge to thaw overnight. It will be ready for you when you wake up.
Will last in freezer for up to 3 months.
