2cupsstrongly-brewed coffee or espresso(I suggest brewing it with my organic coffee beans)
¾cupunsweetened almond milk
¾cupfull-fat coconut milkat room temperature
⅓cuppure maple syrup
2tablespoondark cocoa powder
½teaspoonpure vanilla extract
½teaspoonpeppermint extractoptional, for peppermint mocha
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally, until heated through and slightly frothy on top.
