Heat through, but take care not to overheat because it will begin to separate.

This homemade alfredo sauce is serious goodness, and is very versatile, too. I like to use it on pizza as a sauce, noodles, baked potatoes, with shrimp. It's just so dang good and always shocks me how easy it is every time I make it.
