  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup


  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the almonds and 3 tbps maple syrup.

  3. Stir the almonds pretty constantly and you'll start to see the maple syrup crystalize and coat the almonds in a crystalized coating.

  4. This should take about 5-8 minutes.
