Ingredients

  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 4 large Medjool dates pitted and chopped
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • optional: freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Can add ice to thicken, if needed.

  3. Pour into large glasses and sprinkle nutmeg over the top, if desired.
