- ½ cup raw pecans
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
For The Honey And Sea Salt Candied Pecans:
- ½ cup raw pecans
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

- 1 ½ tablespoon coconut sugar divided
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
Instructions
For The Maple Candied Pecans:

For The Honey And Sea Salt Candied Pecans:
- Heat a pan over medium low heat.
- Add pecans and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to heat through.
- Add in honey and stir to evenly coat.
- Add almond milk and stir until the liquid resembles a caramel.
- Remove from the pan and lay, separated, on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Light sprinkle sea salt over the pecans and allow to cool.
For The Spicy And Sweet Candied Pecans:
- Add pecans, 1 tbsp. coconut sugar, and Sriracha to a small bowl and mix to coat.
- Add the coated pecans to a pan over medium low heat and cook for 4-5 minutes until crunchy and the sugar is melted.
- Pour the nuts onto a sheet of parchment paper and toss with the remaining ½ tbsp. coconut sugar.
- Let cool.

I just made these for afternoon snack. I happened to have a big bag in the freezer and wanted to make something yummy for my WFH husband and now-homeschooled son. Took them to respect rooms and could hear lots of, “Mmm. Mmmm! Mmmmm...” from both doors. Mission accomplished. Thank you!

Made your candied nuts, but used walnuts, i used the oven recipe and they were delicious......we all loved them....i'd rather make in the oven than on top of the stove.....

Awesome! I tend to have better luck on the stovetop as opposed to roasting because I forget about them in the oven too easily lol and burn them. I'm so glad you enjoyed them and that it worked well with walnuts, too! Thanks for letting me know 🙂
