Handy Printable Kitchen Charts

Hello there!

I hope this post finds you well. I would like to share some helpful cooking tips and tricks .

As a cook, it is pretty much inevitable that you will, at some point, find yourself without certain necessary ingredients. When this happens, it’s necessary to improvise. Here’s a table of common herb and spice substitutes I find very useful to keep handy in my kitchen. While there isn’t always an exact substitute for what you need, these guidelines will help you get by in a pinch so you don’t have to scrap the whole recipe. If you’d like to print this chart, just click on the image so you can get the full-sized PDF version.

I also put together a list of common kitchen measurement conversions that helps me when following recipes. Knowing 1 tablespoon is equal to 3 teaspoons, for example, can be super helpful when you don’t have any clean tablespoons. Trust me. Again, if you’d like to print this chart, just click on the image so you can get the full-sized PDF version.

I hope you find these charts helpful.  If there’s other tips or tricks you’re interested in finding out or sharing, please share in the comments below.
