Do you have these FIVE ingredients? These healthy Garlic Roasted Pork Chops take less than 25 minutes and only need 5 ingredients. This easy roasted pork chop recipe is super fast, flavorful, and really easy to prepare.
I hate it when dinnertime rolls around and I don't have any plans for dinner.
Which is weird, when that happens, since I spend so much of my days making, writing, photographing, eating and, well, dreaming about food.
mmmm...food.
But, when it happens, I take a look in the fridge, pantry, and freezer and hope to find some quick inspiration.
Please, oh please, let it be quick and tasty!
Then I see the pork chops.
Yes!
Tonight is gonna be alright!
Sorry, kids. No sugary cereal tonight 😉

The other wonderful thing about these healthy pork chops is that they come together in less than 25 minutes (assuming you don’t have to let the chops defrost!) and they are FULL of flavor.
Oh, and you’ll only need 5 ingredients. That’s right: five.
Perfect.
Good Side Dishes for Pork Chops
What to serve with pork chops, you ask? I like to have these garlic roasted pork chops with my Sautéed Red Potatoes or Mashed Sweet Potatoes or even some sort of green vegetable side like Garlic Sautéed Spinach or Parmesan Green Beans.
Luckily, these healthy pork chops go great with tons of different sides so it just depends on what you feel like or what ingredients you have available.
If you haven't tried pan-roasting yet, I totally recommend it. Not only does it provide tons of added flavor to your meat, it's super duper simple and fast.
Garlic Roasted Pork Chops
If you're interested in trying pan-roasting with other meats than pork chops, too, I recommend one of these tasty recipes: Dijon-Roasted Chicken And Carrots, Pan-Roasted Salmon, and/or Easy Pan-Roasted Ribeye.
All good. All easy. All fast.

This recipe was so delicious!! They were the juiciest pork chops I have ever had. I didn't have an oven safe frying pan so I had to switch dishes before putting it in the oven, but I heated the dish up before putting the pork chops in the dish to put in the oven. Worked out great!!

Pork Chops do not have that many Carbs.. No idea where that came from.....

There should be a conversion on the jar of garlic to use in place of fresh garlic : )

Wow. I have never managed to make such juicy pork chops. EVER. I had no clue that pork chops could cook in about 7 minutes. That’s insane to me and I’m so grateful to you for sharing!! I wasn’t sure if I should set the oven to broil or bake at 400 so switched from bake to broil halfway through. Needless to say, it worked out wonderfully regardless.
I thawed my chops in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and then set them on the counter with salt, pepper, pressed garlic and light soy for a couple of hours until I was ready to cook them. Such a wonderful flavor and cooking method. Thanks again!

Definitely imagine that that you said. Your favourite reason appeared to be at the web the easiest factor
to keep in mind of. I say to you, I certainly get
irked even as other people consider concerns that they just do not know about.
You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest as smartly as outlined out the entire thing with
no need side-effects , other people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
Thank you
Ginny
This recipe looks delicious however I am hesitant to make it because of the 31.9 grams of carbs in the nutrition information. I can not figure out where the carbs are coming from in this recipe. Am I missing something?
Linda Holley
She has that wrong. No carbs in pork or oil. Possibly a trace in the garlic.

Fantastic and easy recipe! I used salt, pepper and roasted garlic powder to season my chops and I added mushrooms because I had some in my fridge that needed to be used. I also sauteed arugula and spinach in the same pan after I removed the cooked chops and garlic. I didnt even have to add any additional oil to the vegetables. Will definitely make this again.

I had to cook my chips waaaay longer! I’m assuming it’s because they were thicker than yours.
Denise
Followed directions to a "T". I used a cast iron skillet. The pork chops were juicy, flavorful, and fragrant. Thank you for posting!!
Laurie
I used a frying pan and then roasted it. I had to cook for a lot longer bec they were still undone after the time you said. Is that because I didn't have the oven ready skillet? I never made pork chops before
Val
Awesome! Quick, easy, delicious! Husband and my 1 year loved it! Thanks! Will definitely make again. Pinned!!
